Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25.10.2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect on saylove.co.il, why, and your rights, in line with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 and its Amendment 13. If there is any difference between versions, the Hebrew version prevails.

1. Who is responsible

Data controller: the business Say Love – event photo booths, Rishon LeZion, Israel. Contact: saylovepbooth@gmail.com · 052-6372199.

2. What we collect

  • Form details: name and phone (needed to call you back); optionally event date and type.
  • Package-builder choices, if you used it.
  • Technical data (IP, basic browser data) processed by our security providers for spam protection — never for advertising.

Providing data is not required by law. Without name and phone we can't reply through the form; you can always contact us directly.

3. Why we use it

To get back to you with information and a quote, to manage your booking if you book, and to keep the site secure. We never send marketing without separate, explicit consent, and we never sell data.

4. Service providers

We don’t hand your data to third parties for their own use. To run the site and our service, data is processed by service providers of these kinds:

  • Hosting and cloud infrastructure: hosting the site and storing inquiries in our customer management system.
  • Security: protecting the site and the form from spam, bots and attacks.
  • Visit statistics: counting visits to the site, only if you allow it (section 7).
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram): measuring our advertising and showing ads, only if you allow "Marketing" (section 7).

Some providers process data on servers outside Israel, including in the EU and the US, only to provide their service to us and subject to security and confidentiality commitments.

5. Retention

Inquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 24 months. Booking data is kept as long as needed and as required by law.

6. Security

HTTPS encryption, restricted access, signed authentication between the site and our CRM, monitoring and backups.

7. Cookies

We use cookies/local storage that are strictly necessary for the site to work securely.

Analytics (only with your consent): if you allow "Analytics" in the consent window, a tool that counts visits is loaded: pages viewed, the site you came from, device and browser type, country and load speed. It sets no cookies on your device, builds no personal profile and doesn't follow you to other sites; we only see totals. It is run by our site infrastructure provider and data may be processed on servers outside Israel. Without your consent it is not loaded, and it never runs on the personal selection page.

Marketing (only with your consent): if you allow "Marketing" in the consent window, the Meta Pixel by Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) is loaded. It sets cookies on your device and reports page views and the fact that a form request was sent, so we can measure our ads and show ads to people who visited the site. We never send Meta the form contents (name, phone, event date). Meta may link this to your account with it and process it on servers outside Israel, under its own privacy policy. Without your consent it is not loaded, and it never runs on the personal selection page.

You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

8. Photos and reviews on the site

Some photos were taken at events we worked and are shown with the hosts’ consent. Reviews are public Google reviews, shown verbatim and linked to the source. If you appear in a photo or review and want it removed, contact us and we’ll remove it promptly.

9. External services

The WhatsApp and Instagram buttons take you to Meta services, which are governed by their own privacy policies. Anything you share there is not collected through our site.

10. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing saylovepbooth@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the version published here, with its update date, applies.
